- Rinse the knife with water directly after use and dry it (do not clean it in the dishwasher or leave it in water)
- For sharpening, we recommend the knife sharpener with polish leather from sknife; see video instructions

that you rub these products with the organic macadamia oil of the sknife care set from time to time. This oil combines wonderfully with the wood and brings
